Vehicle Technician - Chichester

The Role:

We are currently at work searching for a tried and tested Vehicle Technician to work for one of our long-standing clients at their dealership set-up based near Chichester. Our client is in great need of a confident and qualified person, well-prepared and enthused to work within a professional main dealer environment.

The ideal Vehicle Technician will have developed skills and a great mechanical knowledge so that they can confidently work on any light vehicle presented to them.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

As a Vehicle Technician your role will be predominantly carrying out MOT testing and sales preparation in accordance with brand technical standards.

Attending regular training to update technical skills.

The ability to communicate with customers effectively.

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, free from any potentially hazardous practices that could pose risks to oneself or others.

A sound mechanical knowledge.

Offering assistance and guidance to colleagues who are still developing their skills.

MOT License is preferred, but not essential.

Package:

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (experience & qualification dependent)

+ Up to £8,000 Bonus & more if committed and quick!!

Hours: [Full-Time] Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm)

[Including 30minutes lunch & no weekends!!!]
