Vehicle Technician - Bristol

The Role:

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a better work-life balance? Our client, a well-established dealership group in Bristol, is looking for a skilled and qualified Vehicle Technician to join their team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity, including a four-day working week, making it an excellent option for those looking to improve their work-life balance.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Carry out vehicle servicing and repairs to a high standard

Perform air conditioning servicing and repairs

Diagnose and repair faults in:

Engines

Gearboxes

Cambelts

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair (or equivalent) – Level 3 preferred

Full UK driving licence (essential)

MOT Licence (preferred but not essential)

Package:

Basic Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience & qualifications)

Hours: Monday to Friday – 41.5-hour week with flexible start/finish times

Option for a four-day working week (if full hours are completed)

Saturday mornings on a 1-in-3 rota basis
