Vehicle Technician - Alton

The Role:

An opportunity awaits with our client, who owns two businesses, an independent specialist garage & an all makes and models service centre in Alton, seeking a talented individual to become part of their dynamic team!

The perfect candidate will possess a strong passion for automotive technology, exceptional attention to detail, and a dedication to providing high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Conduct thorough diagnostic tests to identify mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment.

Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks.

Carry out detailed vehicle inspections to ensure all components are in good working order and meet safety standards.

Utilise technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex automotive problems and implement effective solutions.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain vehicle issues, repair options, and cost estimates.

Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.

Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Package:

Basic salary of up to £50,000!!!

Individual & team bonus based on workshop performance!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 5:00pm]!!!
