Our client is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. This position is a permanent opportunity and offering a great chance for someone to come on board, to help support the sales department covering multiple dealerships.
Due to the vast volume of workload, my client seeks someone with motor trade experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator or similar, for example; fleet administration.
Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:
Providing general support to the sales team on a range of sales administration duties.
Invoicing of new, used and trade cars,
Processing customer orders
Taxing and or registering customers' cars along with other small administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will need to be well presented, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and works well within a team.
Kerridge & DMS experience [desired but not essential] however, training and full support provided.
Basic salary dependent on experience up to £27,000 + amazing company benefits, including 23 days holiday + bank holidays & your birthday off!
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 with 30 minutes lunch (Flexible I.E 8:00 – 16:30 with 60 minute lunch if required)
