Vehicle Sales Administrator - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator for an established client of ours based within the Southampton area.

Our ideal Vehicle Sales Administrator will hold experience processing both new and used vehicles - **Please note, experience across new or used will also be appreciated**.

Main Objectives:

Comply with DVLA/AFRL guidelines at all times

Provide excellent support and administration services to the sales department

Process and monitoring all new and used car sales on the company’s DMS 

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

The Package:

£24,395 starting salary + Bonus - £100 per month - £25,595 package

Monday to Friday - 40-hour week.
