The Role:
We are recruiting on the behalf of an established dealership based in Southampton. Our client are seeking to add an experienced Sales Administrator to their growing team. Supporting the Sales Administration Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Duties will include:
To provide administrative support to the Sales department, ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out accurately, and within agreed timescales.
To assist with vehicle taxation
Assist with the invoicing of new and used vehicles
Assist with the part exchange vehicle stock system
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a Sales Administration role within the automotive industry is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of the Kerridge system
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent administration, typing and data entry skills.
The Package:
Full or Part-time: (part time 30 hours per week) ( actual attended hours TBA )
This position has the potential to grow into full time
The salary for the full time role would be circa £18k to £20k depending on experience.
