The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on the behalf of a motor trade dealership group, with a site based in South Birmingham (B15 Postcode Area). Our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Dealership Accountant, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for the following.

Responsibilities:

Process and monitoring all new and used vehicles on the company’s DMS (Kerridge)

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers & Exec's

The Package:

Up to £24,000 basic salary - Dependant on experience.

Monday to Friday 08:30-5:00.
