Vehicle Sales Administrator - Reading

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently seeking an expert Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our client at their large established site in Reading.

Our client offers an excellent opportunity to join their experienced and aspiring Sales Admin team within a superb working environment

The ideal Vehicle Sales Administrator will hold experience processing both new and used vehicles.

Main Objectives and Responsibilities:

Comply with DVLA/AFRL guidelines at all times

Provide excellent support and administration services to the sales department

Process and monitoring all new and used car sales on the company’s DMS 

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

CD-UK / Kerridge experienced preferred (but not essential)  

The Package:

£24,000 - £27,000 Basic salary + Bonus

Monday to Friday - 9:00am – 5:00pm [40-hour week] + 30-mins unpaid break

Annual leave - 30-days [including Bank Holidays]
