Vehicle Sales Administrator - Outskirts of Southampton - Full or Part Time

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established motor trade dealership group, with a site based around the outskirts of Southampton. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their team, part time hours can also be considered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Process and monitoring all new and used car sales on the company’s DMS 

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

The Package:

£22,000 - £23,000 starting salary + Bonus

Monday to Friday - 40-hour week. 

Potential part time hours to be agreed.
