Vehicle Sales Administrator (Full or Part Time) - Gloucester

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of an established car dealership based around the outskirts of Gloucester. Our client is seeking to add an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to their team, and is able to consider both full or part time applicants. As an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

Duties will include:

Working as part of a team, you will provide administrative support to the Sales department, ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out accurately, and within agreed timescales.

To assist with vehicle taxation

Assist with the invoicing of new and used vehicles

Assist with the part exchange vehicle stock system

Experience Required:                                                                                                                                                                             

Previous experience in a Vehicle Sales Administration role within the automotive industry is highly desirable.

Working knowledge of either the Kerridge or Pinnacle system

Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent administration, typing and data entry skills.

The Package:

Salary up to £21,000 experience dependant - Pro rata for part time. 

Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:00
