Vehicle Sales Administrator - Fareham

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are supporting our established and respected client with the hire of a Vehicle Sales Administrator, based around the outskirts of Fareham.

Working within a superb environment, with a friendly and experienced team the opportunity of Vehicle Sales Administrator presents a rare and unique opportunity where our client is able to facilitate training for non-motor trade experienced applicants.

Strong organisation and administration experience essential.

Main Objectives:

Comply with DVLA/AFRL guidelines at all times

Provide excellent support and administration services to the sales department

Process and monitoring all new and used vehicle sales on the company’s DMS 

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

The Package:

£22,000 starting salary + Bonus - £25,600 Package

Monday to Friday – 37.5 hour week
