Vehicle Sales Administrator - Fareham

The Role:

A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join an established motor trade business, based around the outskirts of Fareham.

Our client, a new and used franchised car dealership, is actively seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their established team. Working as part of a team, supporting the Dealership Accountant, you will be responsible but not limited to the following duties:

Responsibilities:

Process and monitoring used car sales administration on the company’s DMS (Kerridge) - Eventually moving to both new & used.

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

The Package:

Monday to Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm – One-hour lunch.

Starting salary of £20,000.
