Vehicle Sales Administrator - Bursledon

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established motor trade dealership group, with a site based around the outskirts of Southampton. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their team, our client can also consider transferable skills from within the motor trade industry, administration, Accounts, etc.

Responsibilities:

Process and monitoring all new and used car sales on the company’s DMS 

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

The Package:

£23,800 starting salary + Bonus - £100 per month

Monday to Friday - 40-hour week.
