The Role:
Join a dynamic team as a Vehicle Sales Administration Team Leader, processing new and used vehicle sales! With over a decade of excellence in the motor retail industry, our client is one of the country’s most innovative motor groups.
Kerridge system experience preferred, but not essential.
Previous experience within sales administration in a motor trade environment is essential.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Sales Administration Team Leader:
Oversee daily operations of the sales administration team.
Locate and order vehicles efficiently.
Handle vehicle invoicing accurately.
Maintain full and accurate stock records.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of delivery documentation.
Provide management information and liaise with manufacturers.
Be computer literate and adapt to new technologies.
Demonstrate commitment to customer service with organisational skills and attention to detail.
Work effectively as part of a team.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £30,000!
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am – 5:30pm]!!
