The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are representing a local, very well established motor trade business who currently seek an experienced Vehicle Mechanic & MOT Tester to join their team.
Due to continued demand, they now seek an experienced Vehicle Mechanic & MOT Tester to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Undertake repair and servicing of vehicles on all different makes and models
- MOT testing - MOT license Highly desired - Ability to put through a refresher course
- A Full UK Driving Licence
- The ability to communicate with customers effectively
- A sound Mechanical knowledge, ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Carrying out MOT Failure rectification work as and when required
- Ensuring VOSA standards are met at all times
Package:
Up to £32,000 Basic Salary (Depending on experience) salary reviewed after 3 month probation period.
Monday – Friday 08:30 - 17:30 with one-hour lunch
