Silcom Recruitment seek an experienced Vehicle Administrator to join one of our clients based in Poole. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Administrator with either retail or Fleet & Business experience to join their existing team. This is a permanent position and a great opportunity to join a well-established team.
Reporting to the Fleet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Complete all pre-delivery related administration ensuring vehicles are taxed, invoiced and paid before delivery.
Checking with retailer regarding vehicle returns and showroom vehicles.
Enter vehicle job sheet details onto After Sales department system to ensure records regarding pre-delivery work is accurate and up to date.
Provide general support to the Sales Manager, keeping them informed of customer order status and any issues that may arise relating to department sales.
Provide Sales Managers with a weekly status report
Strong Microsoft Office, spreadsheet and organisational skills are essential.
Previous experience within Retail Sales Administration or Fleet Administration and Motor Trade experience is essential.
If you have Kerridge, Pinnacle, SLI, AFRL & Dealerweb or any of the above system experience this would be VERY beneficial to our client.
£22,500 starting salary + team bonus and access to staff car scheme. As well as other exciting benefits including private health care & pension contribution.
Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 18.00pm with an hour lunch break - Flexibility available.
