Vehicle Administrator - Bromsgrove

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a motor trade dealership group, with a site based around the outskirts of Bromsgrove. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Administrator to join their team, this is a permanent position.

Reporting to the Dealership Accountant, you will be responsible for the following: 

Responsibilities:

Process and monitoring all new and used car sales on the company’s DMS (Kerridge)

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

The Package:

£18,000 - £22,000 starting salary - Dependant on experience

£250 quarterly bonus

Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm - 9:00am - 5:30pm (Rota) One hour for lunch
