




The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an established franchise dealership, with a site based around the outskirts of Gateshead. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Administration Manager to join their team, this is a permanent position.
Previous/current vehicle administration experience is essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in the development of the sales administration department and ensuring processes are being followed and continuously reviewed and developed.
You will be required to motivate, mentor and manage a team of 4 staff including personal development and training plans.
To ensure that all vehicle orders are fulfilled correctly, that they are monitored until sold and that they are correctly taxed for handover on receipt of payment.
To invoice new and used vehicles as required. Arrange vehicle taxation both via AFRL and manually.
The Package:
Salary dependent on experience - Up to £30,000.
Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm.
