Tyre Fitter - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter to join a well-established main dealer, based near Southampton.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual with previous experience in tyre fitting or fast-fit environments, ideally within the motor trade. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional team within a respected dealership group.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Carry out tyre fitting, balancing, repairs, and replacements to a high standard.

Conduct basic vehicle health checks and report any defects or additional work required.

Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with dealership standards.

Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.

Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or within a fast-fit centre is essential.

Full UK driving licence required.

The Package:

£30,000 Basic Salary + £33,600 OTE + Overtime available!

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
