Trainee Service/ Parts Advisor

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of a client of ours based in Watford, seeking to add a Trainee Service/ Parts Advisor to their growing team. Supporting the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Duties will include: (Full training provided)

To greet all customers professionally and quickly in line with company standards, confirming their full requirements before providing advice.

To maximise incremental parts sales opportunities and maximise profit through volume.

To pro-actively maintain and develop good relationships with internal and external customers by ensuring their expectations are met and that all parts are fit for purpose

To ensures the accurate and timely ordering of parts for stock and for internal/external customers.

To maintain the highest possible standards in the parts reception area and in your   personal appearance.

What we are looking for:

Ability to talk and interact with people.

Willingness to learn

The ideal candidate would have current/ previous working knowledge or understand of the motor trade (Beneficial).

The Package:

£15,000 - £18,000 Depending on experience + OTE of £20,000 with room to progress. Plus fantastic company benefits. 40 hour working week including Saturday shifts.
