The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is currently offering an opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

The Position:

A fully supportive role to an established, experienced team, with an opportunity to develop into a fully-fledged 360 consultant.

You will be tasked with sourcing & screening candidates for our live vacancies.

Database management - Helping to ensure our internal database is up to date.

Contacting and reviewing candidate references.

Building rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Answering the phone to both candidates and hiring managers.

Using social media and job boards to advertise active vacancies.

The Successful Candidate:

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

Able to communicate professionally over e-mail and telephone.

Recruitment experience or strong sales experience desired.

Strong organisational ability.

A confident and outgoing personality.
