The Role:
Our client, a reputable approved retailer based in Ipswich, are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Parts Advisor to join their dynamic team and kick-start a rewarding career in the motor trade industry.
We are looking for a Trainee Parts Advisor to support our client's parts department. The successful candidate will assist with parts inventory management, customer inquiries, and sales.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Trainee Parts Advisor:
Assist with the identification and ordering of automotive parts.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, both in-person and over the phone.
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Maintain an organised and up-to-date parts inventory.
Assist in the receipt and stocking of incoming parts shipments.
Support the parts team in daily operations and tasks.
Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £25,000 + Bonus of £400 paid monthly!!
Monday to Friday hours [8:00am – 5:30pm] + (1-in-2) Saturdays!!
