SMART Repair Painter - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced SMART Repair Painter for one of our premium motor trade clients.

With a superb prep centre facility based around the outskirts of Southampton, this is a great opportunity for an experienced SMART Repair Painter to work with a full range of high end vehicles.

As a SMART Repair Painter, you will be responsible for the following:

Duties of a SMART Repairer with our Client:

Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer’s specifications

Carrying out Small Medium Area Damage Repairs

Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repairs.

Have an excellent eye to detail in the preparation of vehicles for sale & Retail

Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines

Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.

What our client expects of their SMART Repairers:
 

Previous Time-Served Paint Spraying/Smart Repair Experience

Preferably have a NVQ level 3 or senior ATA accreditation

Hold a full UK Driving Licence.

You must also have your own equipment and guns.

The Package: 

£30,000 Basic Starting Salary – Dependent on experience

Monday to Friday – 40-hour week – Flexible on the structure of hours completed.
