Service Receptionist - Park Gate, Southampton

The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Reception Advisor to join an established franchise car dealership, based around the outskirts of Southampton, more specifically in the Locks Heath/ Park gate area.

Our client is seeking an experienced motor trade individual to take on their role of Service Reception Advisor, offering realistic progression opportunities into a supervisor level position in the near future. 

Responsibilities:

To meet & greet your customers, & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements.

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service.

To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity.

Stock control & Ordering of parts

Stocktaking

General ad hoc aftersales duties

The Package:

Circa £22,000 basic, with an OTE of £26,000 + UNCAPPED

Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 17:30pm Saturday rota 08:30 - 13:00
