Service Reception Host - Portsmouth

The Role:

We have the pleasure at Silcom Recruitment to be supporting a highly regarded client of ours, for an imperative role within their state of the air dealership, based in Portsmouth.

Our client is currently seeking a full time, Service Reception Host to join their close knit team and help run their aftersales department.

Responsibilities of a Service Reception Host:

Welcome staff and customers into the Service Centre with a friendly and professional manner.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

Manage appointments and scheduling for service repairs and maintenance.

Process payments for services rendered, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions.

Coordinate with service technicians and other staff to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Handle telephone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates, delays, and other relevant information.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £26,450 with an OTE of up to £6,000!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] or [7:30am – 5:30pm].

(1-in-3) Saturday rota [8:00am – 1:00pm].
