





The Role:
Our client, a prestigious dealership in Gloucester, is searching for a skilled Service Operations Manager to become a key member of their energetic team.
They are looking for a candidate with experience in high-energy, customer-focused settings, preferably in the automotive industry. The ideal individual will possess strong leadership qualities, a proactive and positive demeanour, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Operations Manager:
Manage and enhance customer flow to improve overall experience.
Coordinate the Front of House team to ensure smooth customer transitions.
Analyse and address customer satisfaction feedback to enhance service quality.
Mentor and motivate team members on best practices.
Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries.
Assist the Service Manager with daily Front of House operations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with both staff and customers.
Package:
Basic Salary Up To £35,000 + OTE £40,000 UNCAPPED!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] & typically (1-in-4) Saturdays!!
