





The Role:
Our client, a renowned dealership located in Bristol, is on the lookout for an experienced Service Operations Manager to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will bring a background in fast-paced, customer-facing environments—ideally within the automotive sector. They are seeking someone with exceptional leadership abilities, a positive and proactive attitude, outstanding organisational skills, and a knack for multitasking and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Operations Manager:
Oversee and optimise customer flow to enhance their experience.
Coordinate the Front of House team to manage customer transitions smoothly.
Review and act on customer satisfaction feedback to improve services.
Coach and inspire team members on best practices.
Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries.
Support the Service Manager in daily Front of House operations.
Foster positive relationships with both staff and customers.
Package:
Basic Salary Up To £35,000 + OTE £40,000 UNCAPPED!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] & typically (1-in-4) Saturdays!!
