The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently supporting a leading client of ours, with the hire of an experienced motor trade Service Manager based in Southampton.
Employed by a well-established and continuously expanding company as a Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a contemporary setting, with a business that upholds exceptional corporate values and provides continuous training and growth prospects.
Responsibilities & requirements of a Service Manager:
Promote and maintain positive people relations across the business.
Offer support and strong management to the wider service team.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, to ensure the key targets of the franchise are achieved.
Manage the service department, ensuring optimal workflow and productivity.
Implement effective processes to enhance service efficiency and quality.
The Package:
Salary - £35,000 + £55,000 OTE + Company Car!!
Monday to Friday – [08:00am - 18:00pm]
Saturdays (1in3) [08:30am – 13:00pm]
