Service Manager - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an established, independent service and repair garage with a site based in Southampton.

Our client seeks an experienced Service Manager to join their established business. Working closely with the business owners, our client seeks an individual who can show an understanding of the structure of a business, business processes, site profitability, workshop loading, targets and how to achieve them. 

Above all you need to demonstrate you can effectively manage and build a first-class team of Technicians and MOT Testers.

Relevant Experience Required:

Current or recent automotive service/workshop management experience

Experience of working within a main dealer or independent garage

Experience of team management essential 

The Package:

£30,000 - £35,000 basic starting salary with an OTE of circa £3,000-£4,000 and company benefits.
