




The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Manager to join an established independent vehicle service centre, based in the Southampton area.
Our client is an established independent service centre who specialise in the sale and service of used vehicles. Due to continued success, they now seek an experienced Service Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
This is a superb opportunity for an individual to come and truly make the role their own. Reporting directly into the Managing Directors of the business.
We seek a driven, proactive, reliable individual.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Order the relevant parts for the workshop and allocate accordingly
Package:
£28,000 Basic Salary (Experience Dependent) + OTE
8:00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
8:00am - 12.30pm Saturday’s.
