The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently supporting a leading client of ours, with the hire of an experienced motor trade Service Manager.

Due to expansion and an exciting acquisition, this will be a superb opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to build and lead a team of service advisors – providing valuable knowledge and assistance.

Our ideal Service Manager will be responsible for the following:

Promote and maintain positive people relations across the business.

Offer support and strong management to the wider service team.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, to ensure the key targets of the franchise are achieved.

The Package: 

Starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (experience dependent)

Un-Capped OTE

Company Car

Monday to Friday 08:00am - 18:00pm (with 1 hour for lunch)

Saturday on a rota

30 days’ holiday to include Bank Holidays
