Silcom Recruitment are currently supporting a leading client of ours, with the hire of an experienced Service Manager, tasked with leading a team of six staff across service & parts you will ideally hold service management experience from a large dealership, or group dealer environment.
Our client ideally seeks an individual who will provide pro-active and supportive management.

This is a Monday to Friday opportunity.
Our ideal Service Manager will be responsible for the following:
Promote and maintain positive people relations across the business.
Offer support and strong management to the wider service team.
Manage the day to day operations of the Service Department, to ensure the key targets of the franchise are achieved.
Starting salary of £38,000 (experience dependent)
On target earnings of £57,000
Monday to Friday 08:00am - 18:00pm (with 1 hour for lunch)
28 days’ holiday to include Bank Holidays
