The Role:
Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Service Manager to lead a small team, for an established client of ours, who have a modern car dealership based around the outskirts of Christchurch.
Tasked with leading a small team of three technicians and one service advisor, our client ideally seeks an individual who will provide pro-active and supportive management, as well as upholding the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
Our ideal Service Manager will be responsible for the following:
Promote and maintain positive people relations across the business.
Continue to provide the highest level of customer service for our loyal customer base.
Offer support and strong management to the wider service team.
Manage the day to day operations of the Service Department, to ensure the key targets of the franchise are achieved.
The Package:
Starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (experience dependent)
Bonus provided
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00
Saturday 09:00 - 13:00 (rota)
28 days’ holiday to include Bank Holidays
