We are pleased to be working with an established, car dealership group who are currently offering a superb opportunity for a Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
With full responsibility for a Service department, our client seeks an individual who can ideally show experience of working in a aftersales environment (or similar) and a proven record in Aftersales/ Service Management.
Above all you need to demonstrate you can effectively manage and build a first-class team of Service Advisor, Technicians/ MOT Testers & other relevant staff.

Relevant Experience Required:
Current or recent automotive Service Management experience
Experience of working within a main dealer or independent garage (premium brand desired but not essential)
Experience of team management essential
£40,000 - £45,000 basic starting salary with an OTE of circa £55,000 + other great company benefits including a company vehicle and other great perks.
Working hours; 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday with Saturday morning rota (typically 1 in 3 weekends)
