Service Host - Portsmouth

The Role:

A Service host is required at one of our top clients in Portsmouth, they are looking for an additional member of staff in their state of the art facility, you will be responsible for the following:

Duties will include:

Representing the dealership as one of the first members of staff to welcome the customer to the start of their journey

Providing face to face contact for all visiting Service customers

Ensuring the customer interactions meets the brands expectations

Following Service check in process for all visiting customers

Following Service process for all vehicle handovers and payment transactions

To support other functions as directed by Aftersales Manager

Experience Required:

You will ideally have experience of working in a similar customer service position, hospitality, customer service, retail or anything similar where you are dealing with customers.

Our client is looking for someone who will need to be customer focused and great at hosting/ dealing with people in a face to face manor.

Smart appearance is key for this role

The Package:

Salary Up to £25,200 basic (experience dependant) with an OTE up to £31,200 Uncapped!! 3 month bonus guarantee.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00, Saturday AM Rota (1 in 4 weekends)
