Service Advisor - Winchester

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is seeking a Service Advisor to join a family-owned dealership in Winchester.

Our client, known for offering an extensive selection of new and certified pre-owned vehicles, is looking for a candidate with experience in the motor trade to become part of their close-knit team.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Coordinate and book vehicle service appointments via phone and email.

Welcome customers and act as their primary point of contact throughout their vehicle's service.

Provide updates and offer expert advice on necessary repairs and maintenance.

Generate customer invoices and explain the completed work in detail.

Schedule follow-up appointments for ongoing vehicle maintenance and servicing.

Package:

Basic Salary: £26,000 + OTE £30,000 UNCAPPED!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 5:30pm] & (1-in-5) Saturdays [8:30am - 12:30pm]!
