





The Role:
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an established and reputable independent garage based in Swindon, seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous experience in a Service Advisor or Aftersales role to join a busy and professional working environment - offering a great work-life balance with no weekend working.
Responsibilities & Requirements Of A Service Advisor:
Meeting and greeting customers in a professional mannerBooking in vehicles for service, MOT, and repair work
Providing updates and accurate estimates to customers
Liaising with technicians and the workshop regarding vehicle status
Upselling additional work and services where appropriate
Handling invoices, payments, and general administration duties
Maintaining excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction
Experience in a Service Advisor or Aftersales position (essential)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Well-organised, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence
Package:
£30,000 basic salary
Monthly bonus of approx. £100 - £250 based on performance
Monday to Friday only – 08:00 to 17:00
No weekend working!
