





The Role:

We're on the lookout for talented individuals with expertise in commercial vehicles or aftersales to be part of an exciting growth journey. If you can adapt to dynamic needs and have a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you. You'll work closely with their service and parts and become a key player in their dedicated team!
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Plan and schedule routine servicing
Manage tachograph and MOT bookings
Create and manage job orders
Obtain and update order numbers
Prepare and update the night board
Liaise with workshop control regarding incoming work
Coordinate with the team for work commencement
Handle retail invoice costing
Package:
Basic Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 [Depending on experience] + non-contractual KPI bonus!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] with half an hour lunch break!
(1-in-3) Saturdays [8:00am – 12:00pm]!
Flexibility within the role is essential to meet the needs of the business and team!!
