Service Advisor - Surrey

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is currently recruiting on the behalf of multiple, established, car dealership groups based in the Surrey area. Our clients are seeking to add experienced Service Advisors to their teams, on a full time permanent basis, we have opportunities within both prestige and volume brands.

The ideal Service Advisors will possess the below experience.

Responsibilities:

To meet & greet your customers & clarify their Service, MOT and/or repair requirements.

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service.

Management of work through the workshop.

To up-sell products & Service Plans, handle objections and record sales activity.

To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles.

Packages On Offer:

£23,000 - £29,000 Starting salaries (Dependant On Experience)

On target earnings from £28,000 - £35,000.
