Service Advisor - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a client of ours, an independently run and owned, specialist garage with a modern state of the art workshop based in Southampton.

The ideal Service Advisor will hold a valid UK Driver’s license, experience working within the motor trade and enjoy working within a close-knit team!

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Consult with customers regarding their vehicle concerns and provide recommendations for service and repairs.

Schedule service appointments and manage the service queue efficiently.

Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.

Communicate service updates and recommendations to customers effectively with top quality customer service.

Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding service, repairs, and warranties.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any unresolved issues.

Package:

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 + discretionary bonus (To be discussed with employer)!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 5:30pm]!

(1-in-2 or 3) Saturday half day rota!
