The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on the behalf of a great client of ours at their state of the art car dealership based in Southampton. Our client is currently seeking a Service Advisor to add to their successful and long-standing aftersales team.
As a Service Advisor, you play a crucial role within the service team, overseeing the seamless and customer-oriented aftersales process.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Act as the adept liaison between our valued customers and the workshop and perform a thorough check-in of the vehicle, reviewing customer and vehicle data.
Schedule service appointments and provide accurate service estimates.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles during service.
Promote additional services and products when appropriate.
Motor trade service advisor experience required (but not essential), will consider an individual with a strong customer service background.
Package:
Salary: £23,500 - £26,500 + Bonus [Circa £3,000 - £4,000]
Monday to Friday: [8:00am – 17:30pm]
Saturday mornings (1in3) : [8:30am – 12:30pm]
