Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Service Advisor for an established, car dealership group, based in Southampton.
The role will work as part of a team and report into the Aftersales Manager.
Our client ideally seeks motor trade customer service experience for this position, however anyone with strong customer service or face to face retail customer service experience would be considered.
You will also be given the opportunity to take a company car, as part of the package.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Strong customer service experience. Face-to-face & telephone
To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Basic Salary £27,000 (experience dependent) + Bonus (OTE Circa £6,000 however uncapped!)
Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday rota – 8:30am - 1:00pm
