Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced service advisor for an established, car dealership group, based in Southampton.
The role will work as part of a team and report into the Service Manager.
Our client does seek motor trade customer service experience for this position.
You will also be given the opportunity to take a company car, as part of the package.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Strong customer service experience. Face-to-face & telephone
To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Basic Salary £26,000 (experience dependent) + Bonus (OTE Circa £30,000+)
Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday rota (not in place yet) likely to be - one in three – 8:30am - 1:00pm
