The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are working with one of our highly regarded clients with the hire of a Service Advisor /Service Administrator for their state of the art dealership site based on the outskirts of Aldershot.
The ideal Service Advisor/Service Administrator would be required to have experience within an aftersales or front of house position with a customer centric personality and administration skills.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor/Service Administrator:
Welcoming customers and handling vehicle check-ins, both in-person and through phone and email communication.
Overseeing all appointments and facilitating sales-related interactions.
Preparing cost estimates for customers.
Monitoring the status of ongoing work and tracking parts procurement.
Execute all necessary administrative tasks for servicing, MOTs, or vehicle repairs.
Generate and organise job cards.
Prepare and issue invoices.
Act as a liaison between the service department, workshop, and customers at every stage of the process.
Perform stocktaking for parts.
Experience using motor trade systems advantageous.
The Package:
Basic Salary up to £24,000 + £41,000 OTE!
Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] + Saturday mornings (1 in 3).
