Our client a premium brand, Salisbury dealership group are looking for a Service Advisor who is passionate about cars and dedicated to providing top-notch service to their valued clients.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Greet customers and assess their needs.

Coordinate and schedule service appointments.

Provide accurate cost and time estimates for repairs and maintenance.

Keep customers informed about their vehicle status and any changes.

Liaise between customers and the service team to ensure efficient workflow.

Recommend additional services or products to enhance vehicle performance.

Maintain detailed records of services and repairs.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle any complaints or issues promptly.

Manage warranty claims and documentation.

Handle invoicing and payment transactions accurately.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £26,000 + OTE £38,000!

Hours:

Early Shifts: Two shifts from [8:00am to 4:30pm]

Late Shift: One shift from [9:30am to 6:00pm]

Saturday Rotation:

If you work the late shift, enjoy a Saturday shift from [8:30am to 12:30pm] on a rotational basis!
