The Role:
We are actively searching for a determined Service Advisor / Senior Service Advisor, seeking their next challenge!
Our client, based in Salisbury is eager to train people up to senior level and is in need of a confident and passionate person. An individual, who is well-prepared and keen to enter a premium business with professional and warm staff!
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor / Senior Service Advisor:
Face-to-face & telephone customer service experience essential
To deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and accurate manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Package:
Salary: £24,500 - £28,000 | OTE: £34,000+ per annum!!!
Hours: Monday – Friday: (9:00am – 6:00pm) with 30min break | 1-in-3 Saturdays: (8:00am – 1:00pm) paid as over time!
