Service Advisor - Reading

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is actively seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of an independent, family owned car dealership group located in Reading. Our client is in search of an experienced Service Advisor to become an integral part of their well-established team.

As a Service Advisor, you will be instrumental to a service team, ensuring a smooth and customer-focused service experience.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Act as the adept liaison between our valued customers and the workshop and perform a thorough check-in of the vehicle, reviewing customer and vehicle data.

Engaging directly with customers empowers you to significantly influence their satisfaction, culminating in the triumph of our aftersales operation.

Manage the repair workflow and arrange for any additional repair services when required.

Maintain accountability for job packets and associated documentation.

Prior experience in the automotive industry is essential.

Full UK driving license is required!

Package:

Salary: £30,000 + OTE of up to £42,000!!!!

Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm]

(1-in-4) Saturdays [8:00am – 12:00pm]
