Service Advisor - Portsmouth

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is presently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established car dealership group located in Portsmouth.

The ideal Service Advisor will collaborate within a team and report directly to the Aftersales Manager.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers regarding service timelines.

Explain recommended repairs and maintenance to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.

Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles during the service process.

Upsell additional services or maintenance as needed.

Collaborate with the Aftersales Manager and other team members to optimise workflow and customer satisfaction.

Package:

Salary £26,000 - £28,000 + £6,000 OTE!

Monday to Friday – [8:00am - 6:00pm]

(1 every 2/3) Saturday rota – [8:30am - 12:30pm]
