The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are representing a top client who seek an experienced Service Advisor to join their already well-established team, based in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exceptional brand and a growing automotive group based in the South of England.
Responsibilities and Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Facilitating effective communication between the workshop and the customer, consistently providing exceptional customer service.
Acting as the primary contact person for customers seeking vehicle servicing or repair.
Assessing and determining the specific service requirements of customers.
Establishing clear and mutual understanding with customers regarding the scope of work to be performed.
Overseeing the transition and administrative tasks related to customer service vehicles.
Clearly communicating and clarifying the work performed on the vehicle to ensure customers have a complete understanding and consent.
Package:
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 plus performance bonus (OTE £30,000+)
Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm (1in3)
