The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are actively searching for eager Service Advisors and customer service professionals, seeking a great step-up in their career! We are in need of confident and passionate people who are well-prepared and trained to enter a customer centric business!

Our client is a well-established main car dealership based near Poole, Dorset. Who are currently open to considering a wide variety of experience, from different high-standard customer service backgrounds.

The ideal Service Advisor will take great pride and excel in offering a consistent high standard of customer service so that they may confidently work in this competitive environment.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Face-to-face & telephone customer service experience essential 

To deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and accurate manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service

To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity

To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles


Basic Salary: £24,750+ (experience dependent) & excellent bonus

OTE: £35,000 per annum + Salary Reviews!

Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm | Saturdays: (1-in-3) 8:00am – 12:00pm
